I confirm that I am the purchaser of the above-mentioned vehicle at the stated purchase price and that I am over 18 years of age.

I understand that, should I require a statutory repair or wish to exercise my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is my responsibility to return the vehicle (whether roadworthy or not) to the seller at my own expense.
